Providing Wellness Transformation for Over a Decade

Lori has provided wellness services for over a decade for medical organizations, such as Kaiser Permanente, Hill Physicians and John Muir Medical Group, in the San Francisco bay area. Her signature courses in guided meditation, self-acupressure and acu-yoga have greatly transformed her client’s management or reduction of stress, pain and muscular tension while improving their emotional wellness.

As a consultant for Western Health Advantage, Lori has provided her expertise to create articles, tip sheets and presentations to support employee wellness in topics such as mindful eating, the benefits of resistance training, exercise and neuroplasticity, and positive psychology.

She currently combines her expertise in yoga and meditation training with her certification in personal training to help busy professionals and older, active adults improve their mind-body wellness. She teaches employee wellness classes at Diablo Valley College in topics such as workplace stress reduction and ergonomic yoga. Lori will be turning her in-person workshops combining self-acupressure and yoga for mind-body wellness to online offerings. Stay tuned!

Acu-Yoga is a therapeutic movement practice that combines the ancient therapies of acupressure and yoga. Each session includes yoga postures and self-acupressure massage to release tension, increase flexibility and encourage the body to deeply relax.
